Cancellation Policy

At Melissa Kincaid Mediumship, I value your time and energy as much as my own. To honor everyone's schedule and the sacred nature of this work, the following applies to all private readings, group demonstrations, and events: Full Refund: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your session receive a full refund (minus payment processing fees). 50% Refund: Requests made between 24–48 hours before the session receive a 50% refund (minus processing fees). No Refund: Requests made less than 24 hours before the session, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Late Arrival: Sessions start on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session ends at the scheduled time with no refund or credit for the missed portion. Rescheduling: Allowed once per booking with at least 24 hours' notice (subject to availability). Additional requests may incur a $25 fee. How to Cancel/Reschedule: Contact me directly at melissa@melissakincaid.com. Verbal/text requests are not accepted—email provides a clear record. (For all private readings, group demonstrations, events, and any services offered by Melissa Kincaid Mediumship) Age Requirement All participants must be 18 years of age or older to book a private reading, purchase a ticket to a group demonstration, or attend any event, workshop, or session. No exceptions.
